We believe God has called us to come alongside individuals who are coming out of jail, prison, or homelessness who desire to make serious changes in their lives. New Steps is a wholistic approach where we learn together how to work, live, and grow in Jesus Christ.
New Steps participants work 40 hours a week. The work skills training provided is multifaceted. Our participants do home remodeling projects, fulfillment services, and assist in running a retail operations. Skills learned during their stay in the New Steps program prepares them for successful careers upon completion of their action plans.
Our Direct Hire service is valuable for businesses hiring for professional or technical roles with a specific skill-set requirement or for companies who prefer to have full-time employees rather than temporaries. The Transformation Network will recruit, screen, and develop specific assessments for potential employees so you can focus on your business.

New Steps provides many opportunities for our participants to learn about Jesus and cultivate a relationship with him. Transformation Network has daily bible study and prayer with their entire staff and New Steps participants. We provide opportunities for our participants to be involved in ministry, as well as, encouraging weekly church attendance.
