If the same old hiring and retention strategies just aren’t working for your business anymore, Dan Phillip speaks frequently at local community events to provide manufacturers, HR directors, and business owners with tips and guidance for hiring and retaining a strong workforce. With decades of experience in workforce management, Dan offers seminars and presentations on topics such as:
Dan Phillip founded Transformation Network, a faith-based non-profit organization, in 1999. In many ways, the foundation of Transformation Network was built on the ashes of failed dreams. Experience is a great teacher, and six earlier business ventures (including a short career in the Major Leagues!) helped shape the empathy he needed to reach out to those who've had a rough time getting on their feet themselves.
Mr. Phillip has invested in the lives of men and women, business owners, manufacturers, jails, prisons, and people living in poverty for the past 20 years. The organization he founded initially focused on serving single moms living in poverty and has since grown to serve a broad range of individuals.
Dan is available to speak at chamber events, conferences, and retreats, or to present to your team individually.
