A Re-Entry Model That Really Works!

Re-entry from prison to the community isn't easy. The state and federal governments have handed out millions of dollars to agencies and organizations to solve the recidivism problems. Yet, nearly 7 of every 10 people released from prison are rearrested within three years and sent back to prison. The system isn't working.

Transformation Network's system is! First and foremost, we believe Jesus Christ is the only way to reduce the recidivism problem. Secondly, we believe ex-offenders must earn their way back into the workforce. TN's employer-driven re-entry model really works!

The next step for our ex-offender participants is Targeting Success. This is a 16-hour, self-paced, computer-based program that engages the individual with pre- and post-tests while addressing and tracking the following issues:
  • Goal setting
  • Developing effective resumes
  • Searching for jobs
  • Writing cover letters and completing applications
  • Improving interviewing skills
  • Basic personal finance
  • Steps toward investing
  • Saving and investing
