The goal for our workforce development program is to increase the quality of people employed at our partner companies and improve job retention rates.
Program to Improve Job Retention and Quality Personnel includes:
16 hours of pre-employment training
1. TNet3 Life Skills Training. Amount of Life Skills Training 6 hours
2. Hands-On Projects to develop communication, teamwork, conflict resolution and positive attitudes 6 hours
3. Job Shadow at Partner Company
2 hours
4. Presidents Forum – Amount of the President’s Time 1 hour
5. Life Coach Meetings – Amount of Life Coach Time 1 hour
6. Total Amount of Time 16 hours
