Pre-Employment Training
 The goal for our Workforce Development Program is to increase the quality of people employed at our partner companies and improve job retention rates.

The 16-Hour Training Program includes:

• Six hours of TNet3 Life Skills Training
• Six hours of hands-on projects to develop communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills and positive attitudes
• Two hours of job Shadowing at a partner company
• One hour attending President's Forum 
• One hour at Life Coach Meeting
