- When you hire one of our trained entry-level staffing trainees you will earn a nickel from the first dollar you entrust to us.
- Each month you will receive a report listing the dollar value of your cash back account.
- The amount of your cash account can never be decreased or capped for as long as you use the Transformation Network's staffing services.
- We do not charge extra fees if you hire one of our trainees.
- You can request a check once a month for the balance in your account or any amount equal to or less than the total value of your account.
- You can tell us to make a check out to the United Way or Empower Worldwide (fighting AIDS in Africa) and/or any other charity of your choice.

Staffing Made Better is our pre-employment program that ensures your company only interviews quality candidates that will improve the overall performance of your company. We begin with a comprehensive intake program that includes the identification of potential barriers for entry-level employees to retain long-term employment. After this critical piece of our pre-employment program the following steps are taken with every candidate that comes to our organization looking for employment:
1. Interview with our Life Coaches
2. Complete our Personality Profile
3. Attend and satisfactorily complete our TNet3 Life Skills Training Program
4. Attend one of our orientation presentations for potential entry-level employment in industry specific occupations
5. Job Shadow for up to 5 half days at a specific job site
6. Interview with the appropriate employer
7. Employment
8. Life Coach continues to interact with each placement through the probationary employment period.
