Our Curriculum is the Thouroughbred of Life Skills Training!!

Many people attempt to teach behavior modification but that doesn't change a person from the inside out. It only relies on following more rules, regulations and outside norms. The ex-offender is no different than non-offenders. In other words without a heart change you rarely get long lasting change. What we are looking for is a transformation. Our curriculum teaches ex-offenders that positive outcomes only come when they stop manipulating the decision-making process. When core beliefs change then outcomes change. This is an internal process not one of behavior modification.

                

What is the first image you see in both of these pictures? Many times in life the problem isn't really the problem the problem is how I see the problem. Often times people don't see things the same way. Our TNet³ Curriculum delves deeply into the way people see problems and then we develop new ways of seeing those problems. This approach helps the ex-offender see that things in life aren't alway's they way they perceive it. Now they are ready to look at things differently and then slowly change the lies they believe to the truth.

Our TNet3 curriculum is the cornerstone of our re-entry programs. It is the core of the basic life skills individuals need to learn to succeed on the job and in life. Our copyrighted material is approved through the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. This is a part of our "Job to Career" program for re-entry.
