Ex-offenders are coming back to your community at a rate of 1600 per day and this trail is not slowing down. The Transformation Network has worked with men and women returning home from jail and prison since 1999. The belief is a job will save them from returning to prison. In fact, a job is something all people need in order to have a quality of life and not be a burden to society. Jobs do not save people but Jesus does. We know that a person needs to work but we believe if a person isn't changed from the inside out they won't keep their job. In addition to providing for ourselves and our families we believe we work so we can have something to share with other people.
Most states see 2 out of 3 people leaving prison only to return within 3-years. The Transformation Network over the past 5 years works with men and women coming home from prison in all areas of their lives; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. If the ex-offender doesn't want change from the inside out they will be doomed to repeat their life-controlling patterns for many years to come. When men and women complete our program on our terms only 9% go back to prison in 3-years.
