"I believe that the Transformation Network helped me to define the goals I need to work toward and showed me what it takes to reach those goals. The Transformation Network gave me hope because I met people who care and are willing to help those who really make efforts to change and make progress in their lives." (Jim)
"I learned so much more from the Transformation Network than I ever thought I would have. I really believe that now I can make it." (Loraine)
"The Transformation Network has provided me with an excellent opportunity. I feel the programs they provide will be very beneficial to future participants." (Richard)

"In Rick Warren's book The Purpose Driven Life, the beginning line sets the tone. The line reads, 'It's not about you.' At the Transformation Network, it is about God and His plan for our lives and the lives of those we meet. It's about God's Word transforming people's lives. We are going into jails with the Good News of Jesus Christ and seeing people's lives changed."
(Cindy Cutlip, Chair, Transformation Network)

"The Ashland County Jail has been involved with the Transformation Network for nearly 4 years. Their WINGS Life Skills program has proven to be a valuable tool in our goal of educating inmates and reducing recidivism. One of the things I like about this program is the fact that it gives the inmates actual tools that they can apply when released from jail."
(Capt. Michael P. Kyle, Jail Administrator, Ashland County Jail Ohio)
"When Welfare Reform came into play in 1996 the Huron County Department of Job and Family Service employment counselors began working diligently with the ex-offender population on job seeking activities. Reality of their efforts proved to be unsuccessful. Staff became frustrated to see the same participant month after month and dealing with the same problem of not being able to help them find work."
" In 2005 our agency had the fortune of entering into a contract with the Transformation Network to provide services to the ex-offender. Within just 4 months 40 referrals were made and 65% of the participants completed the program and were able to obtain employment. In 7 months 60 referrals were made with 80% of the participants able to find employment. Those statistics still hold true."
"The Transformation Network through their Liberty’s Door program provided assistance, education, guidance, and tools to help the ex-offender gain employment and become more marketable. Their main objectives are to increase the number of participants entering employment and then retaining employment as well as reduce the recidivism rates and develop life skills between communities and offenders."
"Thanks to Dan Phillip and his dedicated staff for taking the challenge and working with such a historically overlooked population. Our community and the participants have certainly benefited."
(Marla White, Workforce Development Administrator, Huron County)
