TNet-Works!3 is designed to help individuals develop improved ways of thinking and behaving in order to increase relational and vocational success. They are especially designed to help the unemployed and underemployed successfully transition into the workforce.
TNet-Works!3 empowers people to take charge of their lives and use their unique God-given talents. Unlike job training and job skill programs, TNet-Works!3 addresses the core issues including personal accountability, communication skills, teamwork, motivation, passion in the workplace, and a vision for the future. TNet-Works!3 teaches people what it takes to enter the workforce and how to excel once there.
TNet-Works!3 involves an intense 30 hour course designed to encourage individuals to achieve personal and financial independence. Participants learn how to write their own personal mission statement and work through personality profile tools. They learn time management, communication skills and career search techniques, as well as develop their teamwork skills through a variety of activities.
The 12-Step Bible Study offers participants a path toward recovery. The twelve steps used in this program have been adapted from the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and are used as a guideline in helping members study the Word of God. The program uses the Life Recovery Bible as its central text. Topics such as abuse, choices, dependencies and faith are discussed weekly.
