In 2004 the Transformation Network partnered with the Reineke Company to package hubs and rotors. Reineke Company manufactured the hubs and packaged the product for one of their customers. However, competition forces one to seek cost effective methods to remain competitive and to make a fair profit. We were looking to place ex-offenders into the local workforce but found it difficult to gain access to many employers because of company policies. Therefore, we began packaging hubs and rotors inside the Reineke facility and quickly gained the respect of the Reineke family. Since that humble begining our packaging program has grown to include assembly, manufacturing wood crates, minor milling and drill press operations, and quality inspection.
