Through our work program for ex-offenders we are able to teach, counsel, and bear with the transformation process that each ex-offender goes through. Some of the battles we have to fight in order to win the war are: alcoholism, drug addiction, selfishness, issues of trust and respect for authority. By learning how to overcome these battles we then are able to help transform the ex-offender from "unemployable" to employable.
We began this program in cooperation with Lee Reineke of the Reineke Company and have placed fourteen individuals in full-time employment with the Reineke Company. Since we began this program 34% of the Reineke company's factory employment base is comprised of Transformation Network graduates.
